Sofia on TSE's LLM
Company consultant and super-user seats can run Sofia on an LLM that TSE-Assistant hosts — no API key to bring. Usage is metered against the company's Sofia credit: every consultant seat brings a one-time $5 and every super-user seat $3 of credit; after that, the company tops up any amount from $5 to $500 on the Billing tab (Paddle's fee and VAT on top - the amounts are below). Credit does not expire while the subscription is active, and has no cash value.

Low cost, and your questions stay in the UK: processed in TSE's Azure subscription in the UK South region. Good for lookups, explanations and everyday questions. $5 of credit is about 500 lookups, or about 75 functional design documents.

Highest capability, higher cost: questions go to OpenAI's API in the United States under OpenAI's API data terms. Best for complex X++ reasoning and multi-step analysis.
Metered at the provider's list price — no mark-up. "Cached" is the lower rate the provider bills for the part of a prompt it has already seen; we pass it on. The company admin chooses which models its seats may use and the default; each seat can switch between the allowed models in Sofia, and every answer shows what it cost. The same rates are shown in Sofia and on the Billing tab; if a provider changes its list price, ours follows and the change is announced in the release notes.
A top-up adds Paddle's fee (5 % + $0.50) so the whole amount reaches your credit: $5 costs $5.79, $25 costs $26.85, $100 costs $105.79 — plus VAT where it applies.
Storage. 1 GB of storage is included with every company plan - the published indexes and Sofia's conversations, memories and documents together. More comes in +2 GB storage packs at $2/month or $20/year, billed with the subscription. Above the allowance Sofia keeps answering, and only saving a new document waits until storage is added or data deleted.
Refunds and cancellation
Not the right fit? Write to support@tse-assistant.com within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. Cancelling at any time stops future renewals; paid features stay active until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for all orders — Paddle issues the invoice, handles VAT/sales tax, and processes refunds and chargebacks on our behalf. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to every purchase in addition to our Terms. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
