TSE-Terms of Service

1. The service
TSE-Assistant is operated by TSE IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED, company number 15419504, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). We provide a locally-installed development agent and companion web service for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations metadata exploration and X++ authoring ("the Service"). By creating an account or installing the agent you agree to these terms. Contact: support@tse-assistant.com.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials, activation codes and registration tokens confidential. Company plans are administered by the organization's admins, who are responsible for seat assignments within their tenant. The Service is intended for professional use by people authorized to work on the D365 F&O environments they connect it to.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Individual plans start with a 16-day free trial; no payment method is required to start. After the trial the account drops to the free capped tier unless a paid plan is purchased. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and paid features remain active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Current prices and our refund policy are on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for all orders, whose buyer terms also apply.
4. Your content and environments
Your source code, metadata, indexes and environment data remain yours and are processed on your machines (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to connect the Service to the environments you use it with, and for reviewing changes the tools propose before applying them. The Service is a development aid, not a replacement for your review, testing and deployment processes. AI-assisted features are processed through the AI provider you configure — see section 5 and our Security & Data Handling page.
5. AI model processing and third-party AI services
The Service orchestrates AI features but does not itself host or operate a large language model. AI inference is performed through the AI provider you configure — your own API subscription (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure OpenAI). For source-code-aware features that involve Microsoft standard code, inference is performed through a Microsoft-operated channel you hold — GitHub Copilot Business or Enterprise, or Azure OpenAI in your own tenant. The Service keeps your source, and any Microsoft-licensed source, on your own machine and transmits it only to the AI channel you have configured; where that source is Microsoft standard code, the Service restricts processing to Microsoft/Azure-hosted models. Your prompts and the code they reference are processed by that provider under the terms you hold directly with it, and are not stored on our infrastructure.
You are responsible for (a) maintaining a provider and account tier whose terms permit processing your code and any Microsoft-licensed code you work with — for example GitHub Copilot Business or Enterprise, or Azure OpenAI in your own tenant, both of which exclude your data from model training — and (b) ensuring such use complies with your own data-governance obligations and any applicable Microsoft license terms. We make no representation and accept no liability for the data-retention, data-use or model-training practices of those third-party AI providers. 6. Acceptable use
You may not: share, resell or circumvent licenses, seats or capability gates; reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits; use the Service to violate third-party rights or applicable law; or attempt to disrupt the Service or other tenants. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including the agent, web service, and bundled guidance content. Code and artifacts generated in your environment with the tools belong to you (or your organization/client, per your own agreements).
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Development environments are complex; we do not warrant that the Service is error-free or that generated code is correct — review and test before shipping.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Sections 7–9 survive termination.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notified in the product or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
